The original idea for this skate brand had been on my mind after I decided to relive rollerblade days. After a year of building up my confidence, I joined a Wednesday Night Skate with Bridge City Skate. This was back in early 2023 in downtown Portland, Oregon. Made me miss my childhood friends, and the crews I would enjoy hanging at the skateparks with. You notice their own skate styles, and characteristics that make you want to improve your own skills and tricks. We want to capture that friendly vibe!

 

This diverse group of skaters propels my desire for creating inclusive designs that reflect our unique skating experiences.

 

Proudly crafted in Portland, Oregon, my  ideas are inspired by the urban skating adventures, and those who I meet along the way. I want to embrace the inline, and quad communities for my line of merch mainly with skating in general including skateboarding! 

 

My hope is that I create a brand that many of us can relate to. When you wear Portland Skate I want you to feel confidant, cool, and accepted as you are!

​We share local skate, and other fun community events through our Instagram stories daily, if not weekly.

 

Maybe you will get out there and meet some new people who share similar interests as you. Maybe you get into a new hobby and find enjoyment in learning something new-to-you. You will never know until you show start showing up for yourself! 

 

I would love for Portland Skate to give everyone positive inspiration, happiness, the go-getter spirit of getting out there, and feeling a sense of belonging. Connecting people, and growing our skate community into a supportive, safe and fun one to belong to.
